Just like every business we help our approach isn’t a standard template, it is tailored to what you are wanting to achieve. There isn't a standard process, a single solution or a guarantee that interventions will change behaviours and it isn't going to happen overnight. Changing behaviours means working with people - individuals who have their own beliefs, attitudes and circumstances.
It is a complex process, but our approach to having the best chance of influencing behaviours is to base plans on a full assessment of who you want to change, why you want them to change, what you want to change and when as summarised in the following diagram:
